The caravan was immaculate, super clean, and felt like new. It had everything from a dishwasher to a private bathroom, and even outdoor furniture. The site had a kids' pool and a water slide. Plus, being right by the beach was awesome, and just a short drive to Edinburgh. Very convenient!

Unfortunately, upon arrival, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired—dirty floors and unclean kitchen surfaces were disappointing. The bedroom curtains didn’t fit properly, leaving us exposed to onlookers. The outside deck furniture was quite rusty and felt unsafe to use. the kitchen pans, particularly the frying pan, seemed past their best days. A welcome pack would have helped navigate things like heating controls, but figuring it out added a layer of annoyance.

had an amazin time at seton sands! the caravan was super comfy and clean, felt like home. communication with owner kat was great, she replied fast! location is perfect for exploring, close to edinburgh and the golf courses. saved a ton of money compared to staying in a hotel too!
the wifi was a bit patchy and the check-in process took longer than expected.

Perfect beachside escape!
Had a fab 3 nights in this modern caravan right on the beach. Everything was spot on! The pool and chippy on-site were huge pluses, and the outdoor dining area was great for relaxing. Only thing was the noise from nearby guests at night. a bit annoying but manageable.
